All other items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Any factory defective items MUST be returned within 180 Days of pick up to receive in-store credit subject to the manufacturer receiving and approving of the product as defective. Defective items returned within 59 days will receive 100% in-store credit, 60 days to 89 days receives 50% in-store credit, 90 days to 119 days receives 40% credit and 150 days to 180 days receives 20% credit. Each manufacturer is solely responsible for determining whether the item is defective.
Soccercityteam.com will send ordering party a detailed estimate with any printing (name, number, logo, etc…), sizes, colors for your order prior to beginning to process your team orders. It is critical for the party responsible for placing the team order to review and report any edits or changes to estimate before submitting order.
Changes to ANY club/team order will be subject to a $2.50 fee per ITEM being changed. ANY change or edit to an order MUST be made within 60 days of placement of original order or one week before it ships. Any changes must be done on soccercityteam.com (attached form) and must be filled out completely.
SoccerCityTeam.com diligently tries to make sure that everything on the site is correctly priced, in stock and ready to ship. SoccerCityTeam.com cannot guarantee that the site will be error-free. Should a site error ever occur, we will address it immediately. Availability of products are subject to change, in which, SoccerCityTeam.com will inform ordering parties immediately and decide on appropriate following steps. Prices quoted will be honored for up to thirty days of time quoted but prices can be subject to change after that. Vendors can change prices of items without warning and prices will be adjusted as a result by soccercityteam.com.
ALL orders must be paid at time of delivery. We accept All forms of Credit Cards via soccercityteam.com. Institutional Checks and Cash payments may be processed in the store locations.
Made to order items, including Numbered, Personalized or custom items, are Final Sale items. Once item is personalized, it cannot be returned to back stock. Soccercityteam.com will send emails for final approval before beginning order to ensure proper spellings, numbers and design.
Once a name or number has been printed on a shirt it becomes a customized product and we will not offer an exchange or store credit unless the shirt is defective. Further, if a player leaves the club or changes his squad number after purchase, we cannot offer store-credit or exchange.
Soccercityteam.com does not take ANY RESPONSIBILITY for names or numbers submitted to us that may be misspelled or with the wrong number.
No Exceptions! Team will be responsible for replacement cost of items
Prices on soccercityteam.com are based off the minimum of 12 Uniform set (12 jerseys and shorts) ordered in one transaction.
For orders of 6-11 of a particular item, there is a special handling fee of $10.00. Orders of 5 or less will incur a special handling fee of $15.00, with a $10.00 shipping/handling fee for any order under 11 items.
Soccercityteam.com will work diligently to assure your items arrive to you in a timely manner. Any orders placed late, that may require Rush Delivery to arrive at a particular time, will be subject to Rush Delivery fees that will be determined based on arrival whether it is shipped Next Day Air (most expensive) or Second Day Air, or Third Day Air (least expensive of the Rush delivery methods) subsequent prices to meet your demand.
Soccercityteam.com will offer the chance to go to any of our locations to try on uniform pieces (Jersey, Shorts, Warm-Ups, etc) but once an item is Printed, there is No Exchange, Refund or Return. Please be diligent in taking growth and comfort into the sizing process. Player, or players family, will be responsible for replacing uniform pieces that are sized incorrectly. Also it is important to be sure that the uniform you are sizing is Adult (Men), Women or Youth size, to avoid a major sizing issue.
Any non-customized items purchased on soccercityteam.com may be returned within 30 Days of shipment. Unworn items may be exchanged or returned for Store Credit Only! No Refunds!
